Directions to Greene Swamp Preserve: About a mile and a half south of the Rt.116/Rt.47 intersection in Sunderland there is a small shopping center with a Cumberland Farms and a pizza place. Across the streed from this shopping center there is a road called Clark Mountain Road. Drive up this road until you think you've come to the end and you will notice that a smaller dirt version of the same road continues up a hill into the forest. This can be a very rough road, so continue on with caution up to a small parking area (big enough for 4-5 cars) and then continue on foot for about a mile. The Greene Swamp Preserve is a Nature Conservancy property, so please respect the rules and regulations. You will be in the heart of the preserve when you come to an interpretive sign by the edge of the swamp. Have fun!!
